I’m really glad I switched my security service from another company (I won’t name it, but it’s a big one) to Front Point this year. I was worried that I’d lose money by having to set up a new system of equipment, but I’m actually coming out ahead in the long term with lower monthly fees. And the biggest reason I left the other place in a fit of frustration was their awful customer service. Front Point folks know what they’re talking about and they’re always as chipper and friendly as can be.
