I find myself wondering how Protect America manages to provide the level of one-on-one attention to their customers that they do! Maybe it’s because it would cost even more man-hours to send out a professional installer to all their clients’ homes, but I was still impressed at the time their service representative spent on the phone with me, walking me through the installation process. It’s even nicer that I didn’t have to pay anyone to do the installation, or wait around waiting for them to show up. With the help over the phone, I got everything set up myself without trouble.
