How often does it happen that an equipment malfunction gets converted to a positive customer review? I’m thinking not often, except maybe with Front Point Security. That’s certainly the case for me; I had a motion sensor that was going haywire, frustrating me with false alarms all the time, and I was getting pretty fired up about it. But when I called the customer service line to give them a piece of my mind, they were super helpful. Two days later I had a replacement sensor delivered to my door, and my system is back to working perfectly. Now I know not to wait before calling with an issue! They took care of it quickly and smoothly with no fuss.
