I’ll admit that it took a few tries before we got the technician out to install our upgrade to wireless, but we are really happy with the new system. We’ve been ADT customers for a long time (which is why we started out with the land line based system) and we’ve had positive experiences, especially on the few occasions when our alarms went off. Rescheduling installation with the tech was mildly annoying, but that’s a one time irritation weighed against a number of years of satisfactory safety services.
