I just found out that Life Shield security has a surprisingly helpful policy when something goes wrong with their equipment. When my door sensor started malfunctioning, I was just hoping I wouldn’t have to pay for a replacement. I figured worst case scenario, I was going to be on the hook for the price of a new sensor, and best case they might send a new one without charging me. It never occurred to me that they’d actually offer me extra equipment for free because I went directly to them instead of badmouthing them with public reviews.
