Wait a minute, how did I just “automatically” end up with another three year LifeShield contract I didn’t want? Apparently this service automatically renews your contract without your permission if you don’t specifically tell them you don’t want to renew. I’m going back to look at the fine print on the original contract, because that’s no way to run a company. I’ve been planning to switch when this contract ran out because I keep having issues with the equipment, and now I’m looking at another three years. Not happy.
